Skills:

• Minimum CCNP Enterprise (Wireless concentration preferred), CWNP, or equivalent advanced wireless certification
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise WiFi engineering and operations
• Strong expertise in wireless LAN technologies including 802.11 standards, RF design, roaming, channel planning, and interference mitigation
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise WiFi platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Juniper Mist, or similar
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring, log analysis and troubleshooting
• Network automation skills using Python or Ansible is a nice to have
• Hands-on knowledge of network and wireless monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of AAA services such as RADIUS, TACACS+, Cisco ISE, ClearPass, or similar NAC solutions
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and major wireless outage resolution
• Experience mentoring engineers, leading projects, and acting as senior escalation point
